Your 90 minute initial consultation will consist of reviewing your intake form, understanding your lifestyle and addressing all your concerns. We will determine what testing, if any, may be needed, and create a customized plan that will help you improve your well being, manage stress and build healthy habits.

Cancellation Policy

Healthy Habits Integrative Health, LLC requires 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
