Service Description

Your one hour follow-up will consist of reviewing any test results if needed, checking in on your progress, making any changes that may be needed to your current protocol and addressing any concerns you may have. It is recommended you have at least two follow-up visits after your initial consult to ensure optimal results.

Cancellation Policy

Healthy Habits Integrative Health, LLC requires 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
